Time for Family

Still struggling with the business issues, it will take several more days to complete but now it is a matter of work rather than figuring things out. But I wanted to take the time to say a little about the season and family.
This post has nothing really to do with photography.
Half of my children live here in Phoenix, the others live elsewhere. Our oldest son lives in Dallas with his wife and 3 kids. He is just getting his career on-track and for the first time he is able to take a vacation. They are visiting his oldest sister, then his mother-in-law, then coming here for a week. They left Dallas last night.
It has been about 1 1/2 years since we have seen them so the kids have grown a lot. It will be very nice to spend time with them and for the first time in many years, to have young children here for Christmas. We are very much looking forward to the visit. This will be a special Christmas because of them and one we will remember for some time.
